Thanks a million for helping the Compliance team in a pickle this week! Due to extenuating circumstances, I came to you with several last-minute changes on the decks. You have really gone above and beyond working with us to make sure these essential changes get integrated without skipping a beat. I know I can always count on you when I ask the team to reach out. We have been working with Ryan on a very important customer facing document for the Lync Online Dedicated service and I just wanted to drop you a note saying how much I appreciated working with Ryan.

The LOEVDG (Lync Online Enterprise Voice Deployment Guide) is a companion document to our traditional Service Release documentation focused on Enterprise Voice deployments. This document has not had much attention in a few Service Releases and had gone out of standards and lacked some of our recent Service updates.

Ryan was very professional and during our kick off meeting set realistic expectations on the schedule for review and updates. Ryan delivered his updates on-time and with great attention to detail.

Ryan made this documentation update process very smooth and now we have an updated guide that we share with our external partners and customers to allow them to understand the design and the requirements to deploy Enterprise Voice with the highest quality.

Special thanks to Ryan Berg for his diligent effort evaluating existing documentation for relevance, updating for accuracy and correctly routing links, efficiently migrating content, building aesthetically pleasing landing pages and navigation, and generally ensuring a positive customer experience during this transformation.
